1997 Born in Mie Prefecture
2022 Completed a master’s degree in the Graduate School of Arts, Kyoto University of the Arts
Currently based in Mie.

Mimura produces paintings inspired by “fleeting moments and scenes,” such as shadows cast by sunlight, the sound of trees swaying in the wind, and the tactile sensation of temperature and the scent of the air.
She first preserves the subject through drawings or photographs, then replaces them with silk screens or incorporates painting techniques to create unique compositions on the canvas for her artworks.
